The Company
This company is a hyper-specialized eCommerce consultancy with around 400 employees worldwide, of which around 120 are based in Hamburg.
The company works with leading brands to drive their eCommerce growth by empowering people to make better decisions. They bring a unique combination of eCommerce expertise, technical skills and proprietary technology to their partnerships with clients. Thanks to these unique skills, they can advise brands, develop and host solutions. The company is on course for growth.
There are around 15 techies in the specific business unit who are responsible for the development of eCommerce reporting tools. The unit is divided into a team for the company’s own SaaS reporting tool, which is aimed at SMEs, and a team that develops custom reporting solutions for enterprise customers. All team members are based in Hamburg.
It is worth mentioning that the company builds and hosts all solutions itself. The company’s strategic focus is not on the project business (hence low volatility in the workload). Body leasing models are also not practiced. Instead, the focus is on continuous, comprehensive collaboration with major customers in all eCommerce matters and leveraging cross-selling potential for the Group’s customers.
